Management fees are separate from advertising spend, which you pay to the relevant platforms directly.

5. Intellectual property

The Site and its content — including text, design, graphics, logos, and the 3AM Digital name and marks — are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from the Site without our prior written permission.
